Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Senior Account Partner to lead strategic engagements with executive customers, aligning goals with Salesforce capabilities and delivering measurable business value.

You will originate deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and nurture long-term relationships to maximize bookings, revenue and customer success, while guiding customers through transformation programs and complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading a book-of-business.
• Experience developing new logos and hunting within existing accounts.
• Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation, including integration and API-led connectivity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or a comparable enterprise integration platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level strategy for our most ambitious customers.
• Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
• Accountable for bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and value delivered.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition and optimal margins.
