Job summary

Salesforce.Com, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Partner (Services Seller) within the Customer Success Group to lead enterprise services engagements, align with executives, and drive value from Salesforce investments.

You will partner with sales, delivery and product teams, own deal origination, manage bookings and revenue, and guide customers through strategic programs including MuleSoft integration and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Experience owning or leading a book-of-business.
Experience developing new logos and hunting within existing accounts.
Experience working in a consulting landscape and selling professional services.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with MuleSoft or a comparable enterprise integration platform.
Experience driving strategic motions including value propositions, execution planning and outcomes-based engagements.
Ability to build assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions.
Experience with global procurement leads to settle pricing and deal strategy.
Skilled at engaging with C-Suite during strategy cycles.
Degree or equivalent confirmed experience; evaluated on core proficiencies.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-level strategy for our most ambitious customers.
Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
Accountable for bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT and value delivered.
Enable smooth transition into delivery with margins, staffing plans and Salesforce methodology.
Act as trusted advisor to accelerate value and customer outcomes.
Pilot awareness within a micro-vertical to develop repeatable motions.
Serve as a key SME and services consultant to our sales teams.
Liaise between internal and external teams.
