Job summary

Salesforce.Com, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Partner (Services Seller) to lead enterprise engagements within Customer Success Group. You will own strategic plans, liaise with license sales and delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to drive significant business value from Salesforce investments.

You will coordinate with product, success managers, legal, and delivery teams, shaping programs to meet customer goals and ensure successful execution of change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading a book-of-business.
• Experience in developing new logos and hunting within existing accounts.
• Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation and API-led connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or a comparable enterprise integration platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise level strategy for the most ambitious customers.
• Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
• Accountable for bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and value delivered.
• Enable smooth transition into delivery with margins and staffing plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate customer value and outcomes.
• Pilot awareness within a micro-vertical to develop repeatable motions.
• Serve as SME and services consultant to sales teams.
• Liaise between internal and external teams.
