Cadence Connect is partnering with a Brisbane MSP to recruit an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer. This senior, hands-on role involves owning complex problems, delivering projects, and working directly with clients while expanding technical capabilities.

The position requires MSP experience in a multi-client environment, with responsibilities spanning Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, backups, and project delivery. The role is office-based five days/week in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• MSP experience in a multi-client environment is essential.
• Senior-level troubleshooting skills and ownership of complex issues.
• Strong client communication and project delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point across multiple client environments.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolution.
• Deliver projects, migrations and technical initiatives for clients.
• Mentor and support junior engineers on the team.
• Document technical work and provide client-facing recommendations.
