Qualifications

• Seven+ years in technical support or consultancy, preferably MSP.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL, and MS Server.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud environments, and backup/recovery technologies.
• Ability to manage major incidents and lead client onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing focus.
• Willingness to complete three to four technical certs per year.
• Australian work eligibility required.
• Ability to lift hardware and provide remote support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver third-level technical support across software, hardware, networks, and cloud systems.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients.
• Act as the dedicated technical lead for high-priority clients.
• Manage major incidents with coordinated response and resolution.
• Design and maintain client IT systems and document changes.
• Record, classify, and manage service tickets within SLAs.
• Support change management procedures and approvals.
• Engage with clients professionally and conduct tech reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation across platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive team capability uplift.
