Job summary

NT Partners, a well established MSP, is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their team. In this role you'll administer and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, and oversee virtualised infrastructure.

You will manage server deployments, migrations and upgrades with minimal disruption, implement security controls, deliver L3 support across server, cloud, networking and end user technologies, monitor health and backups, and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

MSP experience required.
Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Microsoft 365 administration: provisioning, licensing, security and support.
Virtualisation experience, Hyper-V at a minimum.
L3 support background across a mixed environment.

Responsibilities

Administering and maintaining Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualised infrastructure environments.
Managing server deployments, migrations and infrastructure upgrades with minimal business disruption.
Implementing and maintaining security controls including patch management, firewall policies, endpoint protection and vulnerability remediation.
Delivering L3 support across server, cloud, networking and end user technologies.
Monitoring system health and backups, proactively keeping things running.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to documentation and best practice.
