Job summary

The Recruitment Alternative Ltd in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to act as the senior escalation point for complex Microsoft infrastructure issues. You will own escalations, troubleshoot across diverse customer environments, and drive issues through to resolution while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years total infrastructure experience, 3+ years in MSP, and hands-on Azure, M365, Intune, Windows Server and VMware.
