Job summary

Total Computer Technology is seeking a Level 2/3 Support and Project Engineer to join our remote team. The role is 100% work-from-home with occasional onsite client work in Brisbane, and you must be based in Brisbane.

You'll provide advanced IT support in an MSP setting and help enhance client IT experiences. The position emphasizes Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MFA, Intune, and Windows Server administration, with opportunity for growth and progression within a well-established MSP.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven Level 2 + 3 IT support experience within an MSP environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MFA, Intune, and related technologies.
• Windows stack – Implementing and administering server operating systems, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues autonomously.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to take 100% ownership of everything you do and ensure its accurate and timely completion.
• Report writing and documentation skills.
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing advanced Level 2 + 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Acting as a technical escalation point and mentoring junior team members.
• Helping to enhance our customers' overall IT experience by providing excellent, timely customer service
