Job summary

MIACOR IT is seeking an experienced Level 3 Managed Services & Project Engineer to join our professional services team in Australia. You will design, implement, and continually improve client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, cyber security and networking, taking ownership of project delivery and technical leadership.

You will lead migrations, security initiatives, and modernization projects while acting as the senior technical resource for a portfolio of managed services clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior engineering, infrastructure, cloud or MSP project delivery role
• Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
• Proven success delivering infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Windows Server

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical engineer for a portfolio of managed services clients
• Lead and deliver Microsoft 365, Azure and cyber security initiatives
• Design and deliver tenant migrations, cloud transformations and infrastructure modernisation projects
• Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation across cloud, infrastructure and security environments
• Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery standards and outcomes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continual service improvement
• Participate in client technical reviews and technology planning discussions
