Loan Market Capital is seeking a high-performing Commercial Mortgage Broker in Cronulla. You’ll drive broking sales, leverage a newly acquired loan book, and rely on a network of leads. Enjoy admin support and a clear path to high earnings in a fast-growing brokerage.

You’ll work closely with the Director and senior brokers to structure commercial loans and asset finance, aiming for record volumes while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with a proven track record in commercial or asset finance.
• Experience structuring commercial loans and asset finance.
• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking with lender accreditations.

We are looking for a tough, sales driven Commercial Mortgage Broker who hustles big numbers but wants to do even more, reaping the financial rewards.

About the Role

As a Commercial Broker you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving commercial broking sales and asset finance deals, leveraging both on our newly acquired loan book and your own network
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline, hunting daily for new leads and business
• Aiming for ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment
• Structuring commercial loans, asset finance and residential mortgage solutions for a diverse range of clients
• Collaborating seamlessly with our internal credit analysts and lending support managers to ensure lightning-fast turnarounds and 5-star service

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

You are sales focussed, resilient and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment

• Self-Motivated

Comfortable working on a commission-only contractor basis (though we are open to PAYG for an absolute superstar), eager to hunt for new business while attacking the leads provided

• Proven Experience

A strong track record as a Commercial and/or Residential or Asset Finance Broker

• Ambition

You aren't satisfied with average numbers; you want to write massive volumes, scale your income and play a key role in helping us reach $1B a year.

• Qualifications

Relevant industry qualifications (Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking) and necessary lender accreditations
