Job summary

Atlas Lending Group, a North Sydney-based mortgage brokerage, invites motivated professionals to join as commission-based brokers. You’ll leverage a robust training program and full brand support to grow a personal book of business under Atlas’s umbrella.

New-to-industry candidates are welcome as you build relationships, close deals and serve clients with access to marketing, admin, and credit support.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
• Strong sales, marketing and financial services mindset.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and capable of driving your own business growth.
• Excellent client relationship, networking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build your book of business supported by our networking, referrals and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the Atlas Lending Group support team (marketing, admin and credit) for smooth loan lodgment and settlement.
• Learn the mortgage broking industry from the ground up through our structured 12-month training program.
• Stay informed on lending policies, interest rates, and market trends to provide clients with relevant, top-tier advice.

At Atlas Lending Group, you’ll be backed by a dedicated internal marketing admin and credit support team, ensuring that you have the operational support needed to focus on what matters most — building relationships, closing deals and serving your clients.

Responsibilities

This role is commission only and ideal for hungry, motivated individuals looking to catapult their career in financial services with Mortgage Broking backed by a growing brand.

Qualifications and Skills needed
