Johnson & Johnson in Australia seeks a commercially driven account manager to launch a first-in-class mood treatment, driving growth and improved patient access. You will partner with clinicians, hospital executives and pharmacists to embed this breakthrough therapy across NSW South territory.

Reporting to the National Business Manager, Mood, you will build strategic account plans, expand referral networks, and deliver sales objectives while training care teams and sharing highly technical

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in psychiatry.
• Successful sales track record with specialists.

Responsabilités

• Build and expand referral networks
• Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state
• Deliver the Mood sales objectives through cross-functional collaboration
• Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers
• Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and their treatment centres
• Impart highly technical information to key customers
• Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Mood business in your territory
