Johnson & Johnson Australia and New Zealand seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead the Victorian East and Tasmania Solid Tumours portfolio. You will build trusted partnerships with oncology customers, develop value-based account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in your territory.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, +5 years in pharmaceutical sales, and strong strategic acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably within business or science.
• High level EQ that facilitates you working well autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, action insights and adapt your sales approach to different stakeholders.
• High level of business acumen with proven Key Account Management approach.
• Strategic mindset with awareness of competition and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer engagement goals for the territory and state.
• Foster and develop strong, long-term partnerships in the Oncology community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key account plans to grow Solid Tumours portfolio in the territory.
• Leverage trends and insights into new business opportunities.
