Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a large-scale RPO program based in Perth, Western Australia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering and specialist roles, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across a broad portfolio within the mining and resources sector.

You will lead direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivery within a fast-paced, complex organisation while leveraging your knowledge of the Australian talent market and WA

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally at Senior Recruiter level.
• Experience in mining, resources, energy, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian recruitment market, including Western Australia.
• Experience in either an RPO environment or in-house Talent Acquisition within a mining/resources organization.
• Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, project, operational, or specialist roles.
• Demonstrated direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently within a broader RPO team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies per vacancy based on market conditions.
• Handle multiple vacancies with quality and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate data in the ATS.
• Identify risks to delivery and propose solutions.
• Apply a direct-sourcing-led approach to engage talent.
• Utilise knowledge of mining/resources to hire for heavy industry roles.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders and leaders.
