Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of key mining customers across Queensland. This role focuses on owning relationships, driving commercial growth, ensuring workforce delivery excellence, and acting as the primary point of accountability for customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, Safety, Payroll and Support Teams to deliver workforce solutions that meet operational demands while creating long-term value for both

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Workforce Solutions within mining or related industries.
• Proven track record growing customer accounts and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in mining, resources, industrial, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key customer relationships across the Queensland mining portfolio.
• Build trusted partnerships with operational, commercial and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify and secure opportunities to grow workforce demand and expand services.
• Drive job order generation, workforce growth and account development.
• Partner with recruitment to fulfil workforce requirements efficiently.
• Lead workforce planning discussions and provide proactive solutions.
• Escalate customer and workforce-related matters as the primary point of contact.
• Support employee and industrial relations matters, investigations and return-to-work processes.
• Oversee safety, incident management and compliance with service standards.
