Job summary

Full Circle HCM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an established mining operation in Queensland. The role requires ownership of operational performance, safety, budget and client relationships on a lifestyle FIFO/DIDO roster.

You will head the site management team, drive financial reporting and ensure contract delivery, while collaborating with HSE, commercial and operations stakeholders to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior project or operational management within the mining industry.
• Experience leading a sizeable mining workforce and management team.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Solid knowledge of mining operations, production and contract delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Full Circle HCM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an established mining operation in Queensland. This is a senior site leadership position suited to an experienced mining professional with strong operational, commercial and people leadership capability.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a significant mining contract, leading the site-based management team and maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.

This role requires a leader who is comfortable taking ownership of operational performance, financial outcomes, contractual obligations and workforce leadership. You will be expected to understand what is happening across the operation, identify issues early and ensure the project consistently delivers against its safety, production and commercial targets.

The position operates on a lifestyle FIFO/DIDO roster within Queensland.
