Job summary

UpperGround by Hudson is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide advanced operational support across an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment in Brisbane. The role is hands-on, focusing on troubleshooting complex issues, incident management and reliable day-to-day delivery of Modern Workplace services.

You will collaborate with support teams and specialists to maintain a secure, stable environment while contributing to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Entra ID, authentication, MFA, licensing and Conditional Access troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID including user and group management, licensing and guest access.
• Support Exchange Online, including mail flow and Outlook connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive issues relating to collaboration and site administration.
• Support security and compliance controls within established policies.
• Investigate incidents and changes using ITSM tooling.
• Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for administration and reporting.
• Maintain technical documentation and handover information.
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations throughout the process.
