Job summary

Hudson is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to deliver advanced operational support across a large Microsoft 365 environment in Brisbane. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, incident management, and day-to-day delivery of Modern Workplace services.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure, stable environment, participate in continuous service improvement, and support Power BI and Power Platform along with security controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin and support of Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, licensing, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Defender, Purview and security controls.
• Experience with Intune, MDM/MAM, and Office apps connectivity.
• PowerShell and Graph for investigations and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user/group management and licensing.
• Support Exchange Online, mail flow, shared mailboxes and Outlook connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive issues.
• Support security/compliance controls within policy.
• Assist with Intune and mobile device management.
• Provide admin for Power BI and Power Platform environments.
• Manage incidents and changes via ITSM platform.
• Utilize PowerShell and Graph for reporting and admin tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and BAU transitions.
• Communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations.
