Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Sydney-based digital agency to hire a Senior Meta Ads & Client Success Manager. The role focuses on managing Meta campaigns for Australian clients, driving lead-generation results and strengthening client relationships while supporting growth.

You will work remotely with time overlap to Sydney hours. Requirements include 5+ years in Meta Ads, agency experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads, reduce acquisition costs and improve ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop lead-generation strategies focused on qualified enquiries and ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets, tracking, optimisation and scaling.
• Use Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API to monitor and improve performance.
• Develop creative testing strategies and use data to guide optimisation decisions.
• Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities to reduce CAC.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and accountability.
• Take ownership of campaign outcomes and contribute to the agency's growth.
