Job summary

Tradie Outreach in Sydney is seeking an A-player Digital Strategist to own a portfolio of clients, drive advertising performance and lead a dedicated team of virtual assistants.

You’ll develop advertising strategies, improve campaign results, build strong client relationships and coordinate your team to deliver consistent wins. You’ll have autonomy, ownership and a clear path to senior leadership as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to analyse data and make commercially sound decisions.
• Confident communication and strong client relationships.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple clients.
• Takes ownership, moves with urgency and strives to win.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Analyse results to improve lead volume and cost per lead.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns.
• Research competitors and develop testing hooks and creatives.
• Brief VAs and oversee production and launches.
• Lead client strategy meetings and nurture relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing campaign optimisation.
