Job summary

Viewix Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based social video agency seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Meta Ads) to plan, build and optimise Meta campaigns. The role is on-site in Dulwich Hill, NSW, casual and offers the chance to work with a creative team on diverse brands and campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable outcomes.

You will manage budgets, conduct A/B tests, analyse performance data, and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Set up audiences, targeting, pixels and conversion tracking
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to hit KPIs
• Run A/B testing on creative, audiences and copy
• Report on results and share clear insights with the team
• Collaborate with our products/editors and provide creative input to shape video content for paid performance
