Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking experienced Mechanical / HVAC Supervisors to manage on-site HVAC and mechanical installation works on major Tier 1 commercial projects across Perth. You will oversee trades, subcontractors, and site resources, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years’ HVAC/mechanical construction experience in AU/NZ/UK, with strong leadership and drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' HVAC or mechanical construction experience in AU, NZ or UK.
• Proven track record supervising HVAC/mechanical installation teams.
• Experience in Tier 1 commercial construction highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation drawings and construction processes.
• Trade or engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC and mechanical installation works
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources
• Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
• Coordinate works with builders and other trades
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and site teams
• Identify and resolve site issues
• Ensure works are completed to project specifications and Australian Standards
