Job summary
Austcorp Executive is seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth. You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of $10M+ D&C HVAC packages, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centres and major commercial developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' HVAC/ mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
- Previous Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.
- Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HVAC installation and site delivery.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources.
- Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders.
- Resolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries.
