Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Supervisor to lead and supervise HVAC and mechanical installation works on major Tier 1 commercial projects in Perth. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to the programme.

Candidates with minimum 4 years' HVAC/mechanical construction experience in Australia, NZ or the UK are encouraged to apply; UK sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, NZ or the UK.
• Previous experience supervising HVAC / mechanical installation teams.
• Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC and mechanical installation works on site.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources.
• Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
