Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth. You will be responsible for on-site delivery of multi-million dollar HVAC packages, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key requirements include a minimum of 4 years' HVAC/mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' HVAC/mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors and site resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC installation and site delivery.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources.
• Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress on site.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders.
• Resolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries.
