Ideal candidates bring experience with 20+ on-site staff, strong client relations, and familiarity with scheduling tools. WA travel and site leadership are key, with potential career progression into broader project leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading HVAC installation teams on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams of 20+ personnel.
• Commitment to safety leadership and site culture.
• Experience delivering mechanical packages on major projects.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
• Proficient with MS 365 tools including Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams including leading hands, technicians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Coordinate installation activities across large mechanical services packages.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Monitor and report progress against schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate site records and WIP documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians on site.
