Job summary

Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking an experienced Programmer / Senior Planner to own master programmes across major developments, integrating construction, design, approvals, sales and marketing for an integrated programme.

You will work closely with senior leadership to establish milestones, dependencies, critical paths and interfaces, with a strong focus on delivering monthly programme reporting and clear ownership of milestones across streams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of programming, planning and scheduling mechanics.
• Experience developing and managing complex master programmes across developments.
• Experience with construction, property, infrastructure or project controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master programmes across multiple major developments.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, critical paths and interfaces across workstreams.
• Integrate construction programmes with development, design, approvals, sales and marketing activities.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability against programme milestones.
• Produce meaningful monthly programme reporting for senior leadership.
• Work collaboratively across multiple internal departments and project teams.
• Identify programme risks, delays and dependencies early.
• Help establish a consistent approach to programming and reporting across the business.
