Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate – Search & AI for a fixed-term role of approximately 10 months to cover maternity leave starting November 2026. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Performance Media, and focuses on hirer paid search across AU/NZ along with leading the AI initiatives that streamline processes and scale performance.

You’ll partner with marketing, product and data teams, stay current with Google Ads and AI tooling updates, and help the wider APAC team

Qualifications

• 4+ years digital marketing experience, with hands-on paid search management.
• Proven track record running complex search campaigns for large brands with sizeable budgets.
• Experience with GA4, SA360 and AI tooling to improve marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hirer paid search campaigns in Australia & NZ.
• Own the AI programme roadmap and coordination across the team.
• Develop keyword strategies and performance insights for stakeholders.
• Build AI agents and automations to streamline audits and reporting.
