SEEK Limited, a multinational tech company, is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate – Search & AI in Melbourne, Australia for a fixed 10‑month maternity leave cover. The role leads hirer paid search in AU/NZ and drives the AI programme across APAC, partnering with Performance Media, product and data teams.

You’ll build AI-enabled processes, run experiments, and optimize campaigns while keeping stakeholders informed with actionable insights.

Qualifications

4+ years of digital marketing experience with paid search management.
Proficient in Google Ads and SA360 with advanced data analysis.
Experience using generative AI tools to improve marketing work.
Proven track record managing large brand campaigns with substantial budgets.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of hirer paid search campaigns across AU and NZ, including bid strategy, budget pacing and ad execution.
Run campaign experiments and tests with country teams to improve account performance.
Develop keyword and audience strategy using Google Ads, SA360, and competitive tools.
Analyse campaign performance and contribute to dashboards and reporting.
Lead the AI programme, roadmaps, prioritisation and cross-team coordination.
Build AI agents and automations to streamline audits, quality checks and reporting.
Help teams adopt AI through demos, playbooks and hands-on support.
Collaborate with Performance Media, APAC marketing, product and data teams.
Keep pace with Google Ads, SA360 and AI tooling developments.
