Canva in Sydney is seeking a Search expert to own a portfolio of country accounts across markets, with full accountability for performance, structure and budgets.

You’ll work hands-on with Google Ads, Bing Ads and SA360, partner with regional teams, and use AI to speed up reporting and automation.

Reporting to the Search Lead, you’ll help shape global strategy, support new market launches and adapt to AI-driven changes affecting the team. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments across time zones.

Formación

• Experience managing Search & Shopping at multi-market scale with substantial budgets.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Bing Ads; familiarity with SA360.
• Proficient using AI tools for reporting, analysis, and workflow automation.
• Strong curiosity about auction dynamics and bidding algorithms.
• Detail-oriented with solid measurement setup and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize across markets and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of Search accounts across markets with accountability for performance and budgets.
• Lead stakeholder communications; educate teams on Search mechanics and contributions.
• Drive global strategy in focus areas; shape the team’s approach.
• Develop and maintain automation to speed up repeatable tasks.
• Support new market launches and platform changes affecting the team.
• Collaborate with measurement/data and AdTech teams on experiments and fixes.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and adapt strategy to AI-driven surfaces.
