Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding GEO, AIO and emerging AI search ecosystems.
• Experience with SEMrush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs or Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, semantic search and content architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• At least two years in a similar role; tertiary qualifications and content-authoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive, collaborative communication.

• Develop and execute a performance-focused Search & AI Discovery strategy.
• Lead SEO, GEO and AIO initiatives to improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
• Monitor performance across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and emerging platforms.
• Partner with content teams to create authoritative, conversational and search-optimised content.
• Drive technical SEO improvements across indexation, metadata, structured data, schema and content architecture.
• Translate search insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Champion SEO and AI discovery best practice across internal teams and agency partners.
