Conflict Resolution Service Inc. in Canberra seeks an experienced Manager – Family and Residential Programs to lead the Safe and Connected Youth Program (SaCY), the Family Hub and our residential service.

This senior role requires people leadership, governance and the ability to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering family‑focused intervention and residential care. You will drive safeguarding, trauma‑informed practice, and collaboration with government and community partners, while

Competenze

• Experience leading residential youth services, out‑of‑home care or crisis accommodation.
• Strong governance, safeguarding and trauma‑informed practice.
• Ability to manage complex cases and multi‑disciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead day‑to‑day operation and development of the Family Hub and residential services.
• Supervise and develop multidisciplinary staff, including performance management.
• Oversee residential service delivery, staffing, incidents and risk.
• Provide leadership for safeguarding and complex client matters.
• Promote trauma‑informed, family‑inclusive practice and service integration.
• Ensure program performance, quality assurance and reporting.
• Build relationships with government, community and sector stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support staff wellbeing and reflective practice.
• Ensure children and families are meaningfully involved in decisions.
