Qualifications

• Experience across tax, legal, accounting, or private business advisory with a focus on employee share schemes.
• Ability to read and interpret legal and commercial documents with support from specialists.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client workstreams and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Advise private businesses on employee share schemes, equity incentives, option plans and broader reward structures.
• Explain tax implications of schemes and how structures affect founders, employees and stakeholders.
• Design and interpret scheme documents and shareholder agreements in collaboration with PwC's legal specialists.
• Support clients through growth, succession, capital raises, restructures, acquisitions and IPOs.
• Lead day-to-day client delivery, manage workstreams and contribute to business development.
• Prepare client-ready advice, presentations and recommendations on complex tax and reward issues.
• Collaborate across tax, legal, private business and deals teams to deliver integrated advice.
• Drive client delivery while mentoring team members.
