Job summary
NGS Super is seeking a hands-on Digital Lead to shape the member and employer digital experience across our public website, campaigns, SEO, and communications. You will lead a capable team of digital specialists and partner with Marketing, Technology and agency partners to deliver connected, compliant, and high-impact solutions.
You will drive the digital strategy, optimise experiences for retention and acquisition, and manage budgets and resources while ensuring privacy and risk controls are
Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in website management, UX/UI, SEO and email automation.
- Strong Adobe Suite expertise and platform decision guidance.
- Data-led approach to improve targeting, content and channel performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the digital team to deliver outcomes and drive growth.
- Develop and deliver the digital strategy for member-facing experiences.
- Optimise public website, email marketing and SEO for performance and acquisition.
- Partner with Marketing to grow brand awareness and engagement across digital channels.
- Build relationships with Technology, stakeholders and agency partners for connected solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in website management, UX/UI, SEO and email automation.
- Apply best practice and privacy requirements while improving results.
- Set priorities and workflows to meet commitments and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with laws and risk management.
