Job summary

NGS Super is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow membership and funds under management by building and maintaining employer relationships across WA. You will identify opportunities, engage with stakeholders, and help position NGS Super as the preferred fund for education sector employers and staff.

You will collaborate with internal teams and leverage data insights to maximize member value, meeting regulatory requirements and driving sustainable growth.

• Demonstrated ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Proven success in business development or account management with growth outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and funds under management through employer partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Develop engagement strategies to increase market penetration across target sectors.
• Present and promote the fund’s value proposition to employers and staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives.
