Job summary

NGS Super is seeking a Senior Manager, Education to lead the education strategy and national program. You will oversee webinars, seminars, workplace sessions, conferences and digital channels, partnering with multiple teams to maximise reach and impact.

You will simplify complex superannuation concepts for members, employers and advisers, delivering practical education that supports informed decisions and financial futures.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ in member or financial education or engagement roles.
• Experience developing education and learning programs.
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the education strategy and annual program.
• Manage education channels: webinars, seminars, events and digital content.
• Lead national webinar/seminar program, including content and presenters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise reach and impact.
• Ensure content is accessible, accurate and compliant.
