Job summary

Domain, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Senior Manager for Customer Media to lead commercial strategy across Developer advertising products. You will own the long-term vision, identify market trends, and collaborate with VP and product leaders to maximize yield and market share.

You will scale an onshore media specialist team, drive automation initiatives with Product and Technology, and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver clear commercial outcomes for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital advertising with 3–5 years of team/resource management experience
• Experience defining future product strategies for developer/B2B segments
• Track record in automation or platform optimization for high-volume ads
• Hands-on digital media buying experience with publisher ad-serving
• Strong relationships with local media partners and end-to-end deliveryexperience

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and be the strategic owner for advertising products across the Developer business
• Define automation roadmap with Product and Technology to migrate product sets into automated frameworks
• Own local resource strategy and manage up to 8 local contractors alongside permanent onshore specialists
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth
• Continuously optimise processes for digital buying tools in a privacy-conscious landscape
