Domain Group, part of CoStar Group, seeks a senior leader to own the commercial strategy for Developer advertising products in Australia. You will define the long-term vision, identify market trends, and lead an in-house team of media specialists to drive revenue.

You will partner with the VP Domain Developer Sales and cross-functional leaders to create scalable automation, improve margins, and deliver industry-leading digital buying solutions while navigating privacy and market changes.

Formación

• 7–10 years in digital advertising with team leadership experience.
• Experience establishing future product strategies for developer and B2B segments.
• Experience driving automation initiatives for ad products.
• Hands-on digital media buying experience with publisher ad-serving.
• Familiar with analytics platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics) and CRM/OMS systems.
• Degree in Marketing or Business; certifications (Google/Meta) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the Developer Ad product strategy and automation roadmap.
• Scale and manage an in-house team of media specialists (up to 8 contractors + onshore staff).
• Engage with Commercial Sales, Product and Technology teams to drive revenue growth.
• Optimize operational processes for digital buying tools in a privacy-conscious landscape.
