Job summary

Domain, part of the CoStar Group, seeks a Senior Manager- Customer Media to lead the commercial strategy for Developer advertising products. You will own long-term vision, drive automation initiatives, and mentor an onshore team of media specialists to maximise yield and market share.

You will build relationships with Commercial Sales, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring effective go-to-market and governance across campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital advertising.
• 3–5 years of proven team and resource management experience.
• Experience establishing future product strategies tailored for developer and B2B client segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for Domain ad products across Developer business.
• Define automation roadmap for Developer advertising products and migrate to automated frameworks.
• Manage local contractors and onshore performance specialists.
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Continuously optimise operational processes for digital buying tools and measurement.
