About The Role

• A Senior Services Coordinator is required to work on one of our Data Centre projects (Western Sydney or North Shore) - Work secured within Data Centres well into 2028.
• You will be responsible for the team coordinating major M&E packages on this Data Centre project.
• You should be able to read and interpret drawings.
• Manage and work closely with the M&E Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
• You will work directly under the Services Manager, within a services team of 8, attending all the meetings and supporting the team through the full life-cycle of the project.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role You Would Require

• A very strong focus on Building Services and preferably have a Mechanical or Electrical degree coupled with 5+ years’ site experience in the commercial construction industry
• Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects
• Extensive experience with Building Services on projects in excess of $200m ideally within the Healthcare or Data Centre spaces
• Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.
• You will have worked for a Building Services sub-contractor or for a Tier 1 or 2 main building contractor fulfilling a senior level role
• Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers.
