Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail with high-value client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets, upholding Maison directives and service standards.
• Own complex client situations, resolve escalated issues, and ensure smooth boutique operations.
• Cultivate an exclusive portfolio of VIP clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
• Act as Brand Ambassador for IWC Schaffhausen, sharing product knowledge and advanced sales techniques.
• Contribute to development and execution of boutique sales strategies and client engagement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior sales associates to foster learning and excellence.
