Sovereign Interiors Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales and Interior Design Consultant to join their Richmond showroom in Melbourne. The role blends creative design with client-facing sales for prestigious international luxury brands, offering an uncapped commission structure with a strong base salary and regular bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have a tertiary Interior Design qualification, a strong sales background, and experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Canva and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design is required.
• Strong background in both sales and interior design; flexible with experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Canva and Excel is required.
• Five+ years combined sales and interior design experience preferred.
• Luxury interior design industry experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a highly personalised showroom experience to clients.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Manage the full sales journey from consultation through to closure.
• Build lasting relationships with private clients, designers, architects and developers.
• Develop design proposals, mood boards and client presentations.
• Coordinate interior design projects end-to-end, including installations.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and showroom teams.
• Prepare quotations and costing schedules using Excel.
• Maintain showroom standards and support events.
