Qualifications

• Around 7+ years’ experience in interior design with senior-level responsibility.

• Experience across design and construction environments.
• Confident in running projects and managing stakeholders independently.
• Advanced skills in Revit.
• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Well-connected within the local design or property industry.
• Calm, confident communicator who builds trust easily.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial interior workspace projects from concept through to completion.
• Acting as the primary design contact for clients and consultants.
• Driving design-led outcomes while balancing commercial realities.

A well-established, design and construct business is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to step into a pivotal leadership role within their Melbourne team.

This is a genuine opportunity for a seasoned designer who enjoys balancing creative direction, client-facing responsibility, and hands‑on project delivery. You’ll be trusted to lead projects end-to-end while mentoring a growing team and contributing to the broader design culture of the studio.
