Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Coach to mentor our Queensland boutiques and Client Advisors, elevating premium in-store experiences and clienteling skills. You will partner with Boutique Leaders to train teams, monitor sales floor interactions, and deliver programs on service excellence, product knowledge and onboarding.

Travel as needed to support stores across the market. As a senior contributor you will lead from the front, foster a learning culture, and help sustain the Tiffany Experience

Responsibilities

• Support leadership teams to coach Client Advisors by monitoring and observing interactions on the sales floor and sharing strengths and areas for development on the go.
• Coach performance by partnering with store leaders to identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards and NPS scores.
• Partner with leadership and HR when reviewing sales and KPI performance of both the store and individual Client Advisors.
• Deliver training programs on a range of client services, sales techniques, product training and new‑starter onboarding.
• Assess and review the impact of training to embed concepts learned at formal training.
