Job summary

Tiffany & Co. on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver the Tiffany experience with strategic selling, product expertise and proactive client follow-up. You will contribute to achieving sales plans while mentoring colleagues and supporting store operations.

The role requires luxury retail experience, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends in a vibrant, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewellery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability; customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standards of Tiffany customer service with strategic selling and proactive follow-up.
• Support team with sales coaching and anomaly management of client relationships.
• Assist with store opening/closing duties and ensure smooth floor operation.
• Mentor and coach other Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
