Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Sydney is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, apply strategic selling and build lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.

You will drive sales, mentor junior staff, participate in store opening/closing duties and ensure a flawless Tiffany Experience for every client.

The role requires at least two years of retail experience in jewelry, strong communication and CRM skills, and a passion for exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Expert selling experience.
• Strong customer service ethics.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on pre-determined annual net sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions.
• Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate.
• Mentor and coach Client Advisors to support sales plans.
• Manage customer issues/complaints and ensure Tiffany standards.
