CELINE Chadstone is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Melbourne boutique on a full-time basis. You will drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and embody the luxury sophistication of the Maison, across clienteling, cross-selling and KPI achievement.

With 1–2 years in luxury retail, you will build lasting client relationships, apply strong product knowledge, support inventory and back-of-house operations, maintain impeccable visual merchandising, and participate in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.
• Experience supporting inventory control, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards.
• The successful candidate must have minimum availability of three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance: Drive store success by consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
• Clienteling & Sales: Proactively engage clients, execute structured outreach, and utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales and build long-term loyalty.
• Operations & Inventory: Maintain efficient stock control by tracking physical inventory, managing back-of-house operations, and coordinating product replenishment with management.
• Visual Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold visual merchandising standards, personal presentation guidelines, and internal operational procedures to protect the Maison's brand image.
