Embedded within the Everyday Rewards Loyalty team, you will serve as a key catalyst for growth—shaping loyalty and subscription propositions with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial and strategic leadership.
• 5+ years directly shaping customer loyalty or subscription propositions.
• Structured problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Translating customer insights into creative proposition design.
• MBA or related postgraduate qualification viewed favourably.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead end‑to‑end strategic roadmap for loyalty and subscription innovations.
• Architect financial models and business cases with analytics teams.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and present to executives.
• Leverage customer data to identify growth opportunities and reduce friction points.
• Champion multi‑year loyalty roadmaps aligned with group goals.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Tech, UX, Marketing, Finance and Data Science.
• Foster a data‑led, high‑performance team with agile practices.
