Job summary

Hanes Australasia Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Loyalty Program Manager to own day-to-day loyalty operations for Bonds, Sheridan and Bras N Things brands. You will optimise programs, design member experiences and drive engagement across channels.

Partner with CRM, Marketing, Digital and Retail teams to turn insights into commercial outcomes, manage campaigns, and lead cross-functional initiatives while delivering measurable lifetime value for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in loyalty, customer marketing or retail marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capability.
• Experience analysing campaign and customer performance data.
• Retail or ecommerce experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of loyalty programs, including member benefits, rewards, communications and program mechanics.
• Develop and execute annual and seasonal loyalty activations, including bonus points campaigns, member offers, gifts with purchase, early access and exclusive member experiences.
• Partner with CRM and Data teams to identify opportunities to increase member acquisition, frequency, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Coordinate loyalty initiatives across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Retail, Merchandise, Finance and Technology.
• Monitor loyalty and campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to evolve and optimize the loyalty experience.
• Develop business cases and recommendations to support program innovation and investment.
