Job summary

Ellipsis & Company is seeking a Manager to lead Loyalty Consulting engagements in Melbourne with a Sydney option. This senior, hands-on role involves shaping strategy, building models and presenting to client executives.

You’ll work directly with founders and senior leadership in a hybrid setup, delivering end-to-end engagements for blue-chip brands. You’ll bring 4+ years in top-tier consulting, strong modeling and data analysis, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting experience with client leadership and engagement delivery.
• Strong financial modeling and business case skills with data analysis.
• Proven ability to shape engagements and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end-to-end, partnering with founders and senior leaders.
• Shape problems, set hypotheses and guide analysis for recommendations.
• Act as senior client contact, run workshops and executive presentations.
• Build financial models and business cases for loyalty programs.
• Quality-assure deliverables to Ellipsis standards and drive proposals.
